jlv2k6 asked: I also have a panic disorder and am always happy to meet new people =]
Welcome aboard :)
I drew this today
It’s for my best friend Becky who’s been in hospital for half a year because of self-harming, her mum asked me to draw something inspiring for her and incorporate butterflies into it somehow so I did this. I just wanted to show her that even though her arms may now be mutilated and abused beyond recognition, there is still hope and beauty to be found in everything. That I still find her absolutely beautiful and perfect.
I’m reblogging this specifically for a little friend I talk to on here just about every single day. I love you darling.
This is so perfect.
Just message me your twitter handle (your twitter name).
Mine is @ThePanicDiariez. But you don’t have to follow me :)
I love chocolate. However, some people believe that if you have a mental disorder, you should avoid it completely. (Caffeine and sugar can trigger panic attacks, and caffeine can also trigger mood swings.)
I think as long as you keep it in moderation, having a little chocolate isn’t bad. Just don’t have 2 pieces of chocolate mousse cake, you know?
I give super kudos to my sister, who has sworn it off like a champ. I, for one, am not that strong.
As always, ask your doctor if you want to know how your diet can affect your emotions/interact with your medications. Also, ask a pharmacist. Pharmacists are often just as knowledgeable as the doctors (if not moreso)!
This has turned out to be so great for quick scheduling :)
I want to share again if anyone wants to use it.
